About EWN 2023 Conference:
For the first time, we are elevating the EWN conference from a local status focused on Ghanaian
participation to a Pan-African status. We expect to host participants from across 9 targeted African
countries namely- Ghana, Nigeria, Rwanda, Kenya, Senegal, Morocco, Ivory Coast, South Africa and Mauritius.
The conference will be held under the theme “Be Intentional about Transformation: Growth. Resilience. Impact’’. This is inspired by the need to adapt to an ever evolving environment. This theme is a call-to action which engages & resonates at many levels, transcends time & geographies and most
importantly is amenable to goal setting and performance tracking.
Our objective is to leverage this conference as a catalyst to shift from the incessant rhetoric & passiveness into intentional decision making & concrete actions that engender transformative changes in:
∙Ourselves: identify, elevate & leverage our capabilities for personal growth & impact.
∙Our Organizations / Countries: deploy innovative technologies to drive inclusive prosperity in our
organizations, businesses, countries & across the African continent.
∙Our Social Circles of Influence: intentional role modelling & moulding desired character &
attitudes requisite for gender equity.
Transformation is critical but has to be intentional
